Hazardous bypassing technique

This technology by applying its two self-developed bypassing shock cooling technology( vertical low-ash discharge and horizontal low-as discharge) can provide a complete set of solutions for the application of raw materials and fuel rich in schlorine and alkali in cement clinker calcining system. The air discharge rate can reach 50%. For every 1% increase of air discharge, the increase of heat consumption shall not exceed 2.6kCal/kg clinker. This technology has been applied to more than 20 new dry cement production lines at home and abroad.
