1. Project Introduction

With annual treatment capacity of 10million ton for steel slag and 3 million ton for slag, this project has a complete production line with 8 roller vertical mills, including production workshops like steel slag crushing and storage, slag storage, steel slag screening, feeding to mill, grinding, storage of finished product, etc., and non-production facilities like central control room, quality testing center, main submission, etc. The main products are double doped micro powder, artificial stone, road aggregate, autoclaved block, sponge city permeable brick, etc.

 

2. Project characteristics

1)   this project can achieve resources utilization of 4million for steel slag and more than 9million for slag, which satisfies the wasted slag emission requirement for local steel company.

2��to adopt a systematic technology integrating step crushing, high-efficient grinding, and synchronous de-ironing, and this technology concentrated in a giant steel slag vertical mill which has a function of compulsory de-ironing inside the mill which developed by Sinoma-CDI.

After crushing and screening, the steel slag shall be produced into steel slag aggregate with different granularity, which could be used in bituminous mixture as coarse aggregate, in roadbed as road base aggregate.
